Done a bit of troubleshooting, I'm down to possible water in the gas, or needing new sparkplugs/wires.  Since I'm lazy, I'll try the easy fix first:  Which gas additive would you use to get rid of water?  HEET? something else?  (its a fuel-injected car)

I have used a quart of standard rubbing alcohol with success for water in the gas.  A mechanic friend of mine tells me that the alcohol mixes with the water, allowing it to be burned off.  YMMV.
