Just another example of people not taking responsibility for their own actions.  That and we are a major sue happy people.  In fact, I think I will sue you because I can't possibly stomach my daily 3 Big Macs and a Diet Coke on the way home from work after reading your post.  I feel I shall be distressed![:D]

I will bet that this case will be dismissed within the next--120 days-- of course I think it is in NYC so who knows. Course there will be appeals blah blah.

By the way I wasted much of my weekend here and did not go out and exercise, thus speeding my chances of death by heart attack. Anybody know who Goatboy's insurance company is[?]
