No there just isn't enough room on the display for the rest of the 0000s, probably using 1,000,000,000 Kwh.

Place a metal coffee can over top of it. This will prevent them from communicating with the smart meter.

If they installed it today - I think it will flash all zero's until it updates (or syncs, or something), which they do the night of install (I think).
