Also..with such a large population and difficulty feeding it, Chicom Pols probably are not as fazed by the threat of Nuclear War as American Pols would be.

Many of the tunnels are used to shelter trucks which hold mobile missiles. The tunnels do not seem to be designed to withstand direct nuclear hits, but just to shelter the missiles until
they are deployed via road or railroad.

they do not have the most sophisticated or reliable weapons...however they are concentrating on sheer numbers being able to overwhelm
enemy defenses. Much the way the United States countered Nazi Germany's technological superiority in most areas such as Aircraft.

I've been rolling an idea around in my head lately that the Chinese could be using it's expansion into Africa to develop methods to deliver troops across vast distances.

Yes, once they have a Tier 4 base they can construct the teleporter.  

They are already here.  Exploratory communes have been welcomed with open arms.  The rest can be brought over on OUR ships.  Obungus showed the world how it can be done.

They need a blue water navy...when China can project 2 carrier fleets while being able to place 4+ division anywhere in the world in 5 days and the have the ability to sustain those divisions indefinably, then and only then will they be a super power.  
Chinese still need to eat last I checked and in a all out balls to the wall nuke fest nobody will eat for a long time.
When China can feed their people then they will be an economic super power.
Nazi technological superiority in WW2 was way over blown by the media.  They were behind the curve in a lot of technological areas in WW2...comparing what we have to the Chinese is apples to oranges.

They dont have to drop in like the movie red dawn,they can just buy out our nations debt like a hostile take over of a company and since the nation can not get out of debt they will be forced to repay the debt in the only way they can ,probably with our defence since we have a far superier military than any adversary. Holding the debt is alot of leverage .
