This happened at 0400 about 20 minutes from my house. Damn shame he only killed one of them. With any luck, the other two will die in the hospital.

Sweet!! They got what they deserved. Hopefully, the DA won't have his head up his ass and try to charge the store owner with anything.
|
|
Nice mug shots fellas! Those three shots were taken prior to the shooting, obviously those proud sons were no strangers to trouble & violence.
Wish the store owner was running a 60 round Surefire & had better aim. |
|
YES!
From the title of this thread it appears sometimes the right thing does happen. Now I will go read the story. |
|
Amazing what happens when this kinda stuff goes down outside of a "Gun Free Zone"

Investigators have obtained arrest warrants for Stewart and Robinson, and both men will be charged with first-degree burglary, grand larceny and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime, police said. The suspects will be taken into custody upon their release from the hospital.
Does that state have "Felony Murder" option since the guy died while his buddies were committing a crimme? |
|
OK, I've now read the story.
The article was penned by Karen Daily. It seems that chick Karen Daily knows how to write an old fashioned newspaper article. Note to self, always bring more magazines! |
|
The state of Georgia South Carolina should give that crime victim a reward for saving the state 1/3 of it's expenditure in the administration of justice.

Just so you are aware, today is Friday.
This happened yesterday. |
|
I think I will try to purchase a dozen magazines from that guy.
We should all support this businessman in at least some small way. |

I'm sure this was just a case of 3 innocent boys who's tire blew out on their van, and it came to a stop in this gun shop. And the broken glass was from their stumbling around as they tried to save themselves. As for the guns taken they were mistaken for first aid supplies. Oops am I dreaming again.
|
|
I read it somewhere yesterday.
I was thinking there was some kind of crime wave with three guys stealing guns then going meeting up to have pancakes. Seemed weird. Good shooting anyways. |
|
I am glad the Gun Store owner and his wife are safe. I hope he isn't sued or prosecuted for protecting his property.
|
|
Who ever said that more then one mag is a waste should read this story.
I wonder if they got shots off too. |

Shades of Harry Beckwith!

So, having more that one 30 rounder ready to go seems like a good idea.

I had to share a link of that story on my facebook page. I bet the Black Rifle doesn't get the good press that it deserves from this so I took it upon myself to do my little part. Please everyone do the same. This story works in all of our favor.

I guess it's a good thing dude didn't have a beta mag in his AR, huh? (Gun store owner knows better, no doubt!)*
*I wonder 'bout his counter help, though! What d'ya think they're packin'? LOL PS: Way to go, bro! Too bad you're not 'round here. The beers would be on me! (Just to help calm his nerves. You know?) |
|
Quoted: Quoted: perps retreated to a waffle house That's because there wasn't a KFC nearby open It was 4am. And good on the owner...30 rds, all three guys hit...just needs to work on shot placement next time. Semi-auto spray and pray ftw here, though. |

No one needs an assault rifle to defend themselves, just call the police. The police absoutely have no need for anything that every day Joes can't have. In fact they have no reason to carry off duty either. If they witness a crime they should call 911 like everyone else and wait for some armed on-duty LEOs to respond. |
|
This is proof that assault rifles are only meant for killing people. |
|
waffle house is the first place I'd think of when wounded.
eta: Good Shoot! |

"According to a background check run by the S.C. State Law Enforcement Division, both Stewart and Robinson have multiple felony arrests and convictions."
DING! DING! DING! DING! WINNAH! These fucks will be out again, guaranteed |

Oh yes, gotta love those mug shots with that gangsta head roll.

Does that state have "Felony Murder" option since the guy died while his buddies were committing a crimme? Yes we do. The hand of one is the hand of all. That is what is quoted in our laws. Over the last few years the law abiding citizens of our fair state have really started fighting back. There are incidents almost every few days now where these thugs are getting their asses handed to them one way or another by citizens. In my part of the state, small rural towns etc, most males have always carried a gun of some sort in their car or truck, and lot's on their persons, and almost every home has at least one. Lot's of store owners have always had them as well. Two things have changed. It has finally become apparent to everyone here that the law does allow them to use deadly force without fear of prosecution, and that has raised the amount of incidents where citizens have fought back. The other, is that now women are armed at a very, very high rate here. I would say that in the past, up until a few years ago, maybe 25 % of women around here carried or had guns in their personal vehicles. That has changed dramatically. Most women I speak to now have them. That segment has really grown. I really hope that we soon start hearing more stories of women shooting the thugs in defensed of themselves and their children, and not just men doing it. Those sorts of reports really help to make women understand that they don't have to be victims, and the more women that are armed, the more children will grow up in households with firearms and accept them for the tools that they are rather than fear them as the left portrays them. |

Too bad he didn't kill them all and save the tax payers some money with all the court nonsense.
