I posted this a while back and will do it once more to be clear.

I DO NOT want this site used as some sort of "tool" to resolve your problems. If you have an issue with a company, I suggest dealing with them in a professional matter, you will find 99% of the time that they WILL work with you to resolve the issue. (It doesnt matter if they are sponsors or not.)

When you have dealt with a company and the outcome is NOT satisfactory, then you are free to discuss it. This does not include insulting someone, getting an equally insulting response, and posting it for fun.

Discussions should be serious and should not turn into flaming of the poster or the company. Share your stories, opinions, etc just like any other discussion, but do not resort to petty name calling and insults.

I am not here to defend the actions of people outside of my control. I will however defend anyone who is not aware of an issue or to fill people in with the full facts. I am also here to help resolve issues if need be. (DonR will help as well!)

I hope this is both clear and fair to everyone.

There is a line to cross and many of these issues took place months or years ago. Last year we dropped RGUNs as a supporter while we worked with them to come to an understanding. Our goal was to help them "alter" their handling of returns and issues.

Since the beginning of this year, we've started this new relationship and until now have seen quality changes in how they've acted and handled business. This specific instance showed the customer being the instigator. I am not going to take sides, but I looked at the entire email exchange and it could have been handled better by the customer. (And obviously the response from them could have used work as well.)

It's not my job or goal to ask a company to change their ways, but I do understand it does reflect on us. I am dealing with this issue offline and hopefully will help to resolve it one way or another.

I can't really say more than that at this time.
