I've used Adobe Image Ready which came free with Photoshop.

Paint Shop Pro comes with something called "Animation Shop", which deals with them. It's about $80 at CostCo, although they usually have a $20 rebate on it.

go to [url]http://www.download.com[/url] and search for animated gif editors. There's several out there.
It's similar to the old flip-book animation. You have to create all the frames individually and then use an editor to compile the frames. I use Macromedia Flash and then export the final movie as a gif instead of a flash movie. |
