Is it possible for me to apply for a CCW when i'm not 21 and get it when I turn 21? I know it takes like 4 months to go through and I was wondering if I could go ahead and apply for it and get it started and then when I turn 21.. go pick it up like a few weeks after my 21st birthday? or am i not making any sense at all?.. its 3am gimme some credit! [:D]

You probably have to be 21 to apply.
