Bleh, Weather Channel temp says 102F.
Basement is 68F. 
I hate hot weather and if we don't get some rain pretty soon, lots of crops are going to be toast. |

Supposed to hit 100 today. It's raining for the first time this year. If it doesn't hit 100 today it'll be the first time in a good month and a half.

Finally got some rain here yesterday. With temps into the mid-90s today, it's like a jungle.

Yeah, the grain complex is starting to bid up commodities on weather fears, and that tends to hammmer cattle prices.
Not to mention that's pretty miserable temps to be outside at all. |

This is the weather that makes me curse the head honcho's at the company I work for who's wisdom to actually DELETE A/C from the work vehicles [GMC 3500 work vans with the engine right next to you] then put in a fan to "keep you cool." I don't think they can understand all of us will drive several miles to park in the shade to do the computer work and paperwork because you absolutely cannot sit in them while in the sun. I had a bottle of water yesterday next the the engine cover, it was so hot you could not even HOLD the water bottle for more then a few seconds.

It's a cool 96 on my thermometer and will stay this way until the end of September.I'm sick of the fucking heat already.

My yard weather station reads 93. Accuwather.com says it's 86. Northern Michigan. All I know is it is hot out. Arizona was better than this when it was over 100.

In Seattle, 66 on the meter right now, looking at 75 this afternoon with a clear sky for fireworks later. But for that, we had to put up with an almost record rainfall in June.
