Not a news update, but word of mouth update from someone that was there.
I had one appointment today for an inspection. My customer has an FFL and had a table at the show last weekend.
Apparently, the vendor's holster was one of the shoulder holster's. I read somewhere that when the gun went off(yeah, I know, trigger pulled), the vendor had turned around to get a bag to put the holster in that he had just sold.
If that's the case, I can see where the vendor was putting his gun back in the holster as he turned around and shot the kid.
Also, apparently this vendor, according to my customer, is a loud mouth obnoxious type of person that no one really gets along with. Don't know exactly how that plays into things except maybe to explain his character.
Forgot who it was, but someone here posted they had been by this guys table and wasn't too impressed with him...or was it his wife? Can't remember.
The police do know who's gun it was, and have sent it off to the GBI crime lab to try and figure out whose hands were on it last.
