You don't need that extra page between the frnt page and the shopping area.
Paraphrased: "Click here to shop" so I click. Another page: "Click here to enter our store" so I click again. Another page with a list of my shopping options. |

I know, but the shopping cart program I have won't let me skip it...I may try linking right to the next page tonight to see how it works, but they say it won't. |

You need to meta tag and meta description your main page, some spiders use the tags to classify your website in the search engines and the description to describe your site. However be forewarned of frames I use them and somehow Lycos/ Fast listed my contact info page information rather than the main leaving my info on their site to be my phone number with the only keywords being the company name and phone number, duh....

I'd lose the background, either by removing it completely, or lessening the contrast between light & dark areas. Those types of contrast make it difficult to read the text. I like the picture though. Perhaps you could make it smaller and put it in the upper-left corner?

yeah, i like the background myself but I am not sure if I should keep it or not. I think I will play around with making it lighter and lessing the contrats over the weekend.
Meta tags are worked into the new version of the main page that is almost ready for use The Jeep in the pic is mine, but I haven’t sold enough stuff to buy the B-17 yet.... maybe some day |
