What would you buy for your AR. I have an M4gery Bushmaster, got plenty of ammo...

But what would you buy for it if you had 300 mean greenies to spend on it?

I am looking at the RRA Tactical entry butstock?

Spare Parts (SERIOUSLY): pins and springs, spare firing pin, spare extractor assembly, maybe even a spare bolt.

If it were me, and just me alone. I would take the $300 and payoff the credit card I bought my AR with. But that's just me.

Love it. Not bulky or cumbersome at all.

Mag changes are lightning fast. When the mag well mag is empty, grab the spare mag, hit the mag release, empty mag drops free, insert full mag into mag well, hit bolt release, keep on rockin'.

Its close into the bolt catch / release, which takes a bit of gettin used to. But actually, as I practice, I'm getting to the point where I actually use the Redimag to locate the bolt release without having to look down and spot it.

Imagine having a 60-round magazine. That's what the Redimag is like.

Why the tac. entry buttstock?

They are made for those wearing body armor. Without the bulk, they are pretty impractical.

$300 to spend? Mags and ammo.

And Garandman, wouldn't a mag clamp be easier?

Clamp Too easy to get lost.

Requires operator to handle two mags at a time, rather than just one. NOT a good idea if under pressure.

Many mag clamps require flipping the mag over. Cumbersome.

Mag not in the mag well upside down - ammo can drop out of mag.

No speed gains over Redimag.
