Actually, I don't really see a problem as I don't see it in the biographies, just in the "Did you know" footnotes, adding "facts" comparing presidential policies and such.
ETA: I would also doubt that he even knows about the biographies. It's probably someone on his staff.

After it says he started the Council on Youth Fitness, they added "Today the Council is still going strong-with Olympians and Professional athletes on board-working in conjunction with the First Lady Michelle Obama's Let's Move initiative to help promote healthier lifestyles."
