See, if diversity and anti-sexism are the paramount criteria for hiring, and the fear of questioning such individuals might bring racism or sexism charges against the whistle blower, will guarantee a culture of corruption. |

One of ours was convicted of being a serial rapist on the job. Another was discovered to be an illegal alien from Mexico. I think they have a problem with background checking.

Why these po dunk no revenue areas have a PD is still a mystery to me. The local Sherriffs do a fine job of law enforcement in these areas. Most of them use speed traps as revenue and justification for there existence. It is pathetic.
Bushnell, Edgewood, Clermont, Winterpark, are just to name a few of the ones with scandalsin FL to rival some Hollywood movies. If there not fucking in their patrol cars, stealing shit or dealing dope its just another circus act. Before you say im trashine LEO's im simply saying save a fortune and leave it up to the county Sherrifs. These locales are so remote and devoid of any thingto do the local PD's cant but help to fuck off to stay entertained or in this case sell live stock and get trashed at every local event or Christmas party. I am an LEO advocate to the extent I heavily support my local Sheriffs (Orange and Lake county) and the FHP but the local PD's continue to be a ready source of media entertainment here in central FL. |
