Lets say about 10 spread out all over the car none bigger than an inch.

You would have to have each affected panel painted and depending on where the scratches are possibly blend the color into the next panel to ensure a color match.  If they are all over the car, you could end up painting the entire car.  Touch up would obviously be a lot cheaper, but it wouldn't look like new.
