seasoned grilled chicken in it and some sauteed mushrooms.

Some slop I put together Wenesday night. Ground round, hash browns, onions, cheese, salsa, I call it "Hamburger Cheese Shit", it actually actually tastes pretty damn good. Side salad, and a sweet cornbread muffin to round it out.

After oatmeal this morning (with flax seed), I really want some grease!

Alas, I had a large plate of spaghetti last night so I will be eating a Lean Cuisine today. Maybe I'll polish off the last three pack of Thai spring rolls I have up there. That or I will eat the chicken fettuccini Alfredo with broccoli.

They aren't the best, but they're conducive to keeping my calorie count low as I struggle to drop some weight. At least it ain't no Ramen.

Some random concoction that consists of ground deer meat, a can of cream of mushroom soup, a can of gravy, some spices, and macaroni, covered in cheese.





Its not the best thing in the world, but it sure was quick to make.  





Got enough for lunch for 3 days.




Oh, did I mentioned I cooked the meat in beer?

Too late. I raided the work fridge for the food for yesterday. I ate leftover shredded chickennin a hardshell taco with homemade salsa, homemade borracho beans, some Thai noodle dish with shrimp and chicken, and I washed it down with a Coke.

I'll always be fat.
