I think the budget of the US Postal team is but a drop in the bucket of the entire USPS budget. I don't understand why postage keeps going up when postal carriers jobs get easier. My neighborhood has those damned cluster boxes. The postal carrier can drop mail for 14 houses without even leaving their vehicle.
