Another member and myself were discussing our love for beef jerky earlier when he mentioned beef jerky and bacon were the two greatest foods ever created. Then the ideas started forming...

1. Bacon strips
2. Teriyaki marinade
3. ???
4. Profit!

So what says arfcom? Anyone ever tried making bacon jerky?

Have to be very lean...haven't seen much lean bacon.
