Sorry guys its not a gun. I got a new smoker and I need some help on how to smoke some ribs, or other things. Its a smaller smoker its only about 200 lbs.

water or dry smoker?
propane, charcoal, wood?
pork, beef?

ribs need to smoke slow for a long time.  say smoke 225 deg.f for 90 minutes.  then stoke up the fire to about 350 and add a drip pan on the lower rack with water to make steam. turn every 15 minutes, add a sweet BBQ sauce and  
watch for the meat to pull away from the bone.  then remove teh water and let the meat cook and form a crust on the outside.

Its a dry smoker that can use charcoal and wood. I will be using pork ribs.
