Note includes centerfire rifle and pistol no 22 and no shotgun shells. I think I should get bonus points for having 3k of 223 under my desk at work. |

Not even close. The footrest under my desk is 3k of 7.62x51. You must have missed my post a couple months back where I mentioend that I went and ordered a couple K of 308 because I was down to 2k rounds and couldn't figure out where the other 3k I knew I had was. Turned out it was under my feet [;)] |

I don't have any ammo. I heard it was bad for the children, so I called the local ATF office and asked them to take it all.

2K-3K for now (.22LR, .223, 7.62x51, 7.62x54, 9mm, .45ACP, .45LC, .44 Magnum, 12 Gauge (#8, #7.5, #6, #00,#000, Slug), etc...). As soon as I get another gun, I'll stock up on that caliber.

I've probably got about 3500-4000 rounds tops, mostly because of the recent XM193 buying frenzy. The rest is .30 carbine, 30-06, 9mm, and .380. Also some .22 and shotgun ammo.
I thought I was doing pretty well until I realized I've only got a couple hundred rounds of 30-06. Time for a CMP order. |

my stock is quite low... I've only got about 200 rounds of 5.56... about 200 rounds of .30-06 (but supplies to load about another 200) and about 450 rounds of .45acp. Both my apartment and my paycheck are too small to facilitate much more!!

I spoke with a gentleman at BRC who had over 5 million rounds on hand. That was impressive.
A better question would be what's your ammo burn rate. [:)] |

Unfrtunately I only hav about 2,000-2,500 ronds of asorted caliber. Even sadder is that I'm down to aboout 100 rounds of .45 [:(].

Damm, that's a lot of ammo! He could probably equip a small army with that. Mabye a not-so-small army. I only have one caliber, though. They never told me that guns were so expensive... My burn rate isn't very impressive, either. I only get down to the range every month or so, and fire about 100 rnds. each time. |
