I know during the 90s they released a report at least twice (that is how they were caught fudging their data), they may have released a 'newer' report showing adding in some of the newere rounds. Buy why are you looking for somethign that is obviously BS. There is no way somebody can say getting hit with round 'x' will cause 'y'% stops. Bullet placement is king - not some BS number. |

Make sure to ditch your centerfire rifle for .22LR since .22LR takes "less hits to incapacitation" than centerfire rifle. That study is awesome! I'm gonna rewrite all my ammo FAQs! |

Just remember all these stopping power statistics fail big time because they do not differentiate between physiologic stops and psychological stops. The difference between the two is huge, more than large enough to spoil any numbers you care to collect.
Did the perp stop because he had to or because he wanted to? Oh and chuck hawk should be poked with a sharp stick until he takes that idiotic opinion piece off his site. |

All Cho proved is that it's easy to kill people who are disarmed by policy and can't shoot back.  As for the OP, maybe you were thinking of this?
