You'll save the $30 on your first order at Midway or Brownells.  I keep mine just for the discounts.

Only your C&R weapons, and you don't have to do it at home.  I've never meant anyone that had an inspection.

Yep, and unlike a ffl dealer, you don't have to surrender your record books when you decide not to renew.
