I need some help finding a new set of steel toe shoes for work. I would like to get some input to a shoe you may really like.

Thanks.

Timberland
Pro Series- Steel Toe, Anti-Fatigue

Most comfortable steel toed boots I have ever worn; actually they are the most comfortable pair of boots I ever worn.

The same pair has lasted me going 3 years now.

They are a little pricey though––depending on where you get them, they are around $150.00 to $200.00, but well worth the money.

Danner Marine Hot has been my favorite safety toe boot so far.
Just picked up a pr of Double H western boots with safety toe, very nice too. Both made in the USA.

I've had good luck with Red Wings.

i am on my 3rd or 4th pair of these - converse composite safety toe

they meet all the same requirments of the ansi safety rating and are lighter and more comfortable if you ask me. however i have been on jobsites where, when they say steel toe .. they mean actual steel toe.

I bought a pair of Red Wings once and  even though they are a descent boot I really didnt feel they were worth the extra cash, been buying the Wally World specials ever since.

I have a pair of Red Wing 2406 boots for here in the States, and some Timberland Pro insulated 8" boots for Canada and cold weather work.

Find a good boot store, and try a bunch out. What works for me may not work for you. I bought both pairs when I was still in Omaha before moving to Texas, spent probably $300 on both pairs.

I'm sporting Danner Quarry lately. They have an alloy toe FWIW. They fit me well and I've tried them all since '79. YMMV.

I've gone through 3 pairs of Red Wings. I'm on my second pair of Wolverine durashocks and they are by far the most comfortable boots I've owned.

My steel toes on the Wolverines got tested yesterday when I accidentally landed a 1,500# beam on my own foot.

My wife recently informed me that KEEN is now making a steel toed shoe.  I can't wait to try them, next time I have to buy new work boots.
