Sweden beat Russia last night 1-0 in overtime to win the Gold medal in the world junior hockey tournament last night here in Calgary.
Canada finished with a Bronze. USA did not make the medal round (which was quite unusual).
The ironic thing is that the Swedes and Russians are leaving town today on the same flight.

Swedes played a good game and well deserverd win.  The russian goalie did an outstanding job, 50+ SOG!  

Interdasting flight home though.
