Stay away. Junk of the lowest order. Bearings are crap, the motors use the "thin-gauge, many wraps" style Which generally leads to early failure under normal use mode. Cases are made to look like major brands, leading one to believe that they might just be re-badges of major brands....they ain't.
You can get away with flea-market quality in some non-powered hand tools, but for power tools save your money and buy quality. You can always rent a tile saw at your local home center or hardware store. It'll be a higher quality machine, far less prone to crap out in the middle of the project, and if it does, it ain't your problem.
If you need to do a LOT of tile work, save yourself some headaches and spend the extra dollars on a good Makita, Delta, Milwaukee or similar quality tool, it is absolutely worth it.
