Is it land that you currently live on?

If so just remember they will make a road to the site with what ever means necessary including bulldozing any trees that are in the way.

But you could have a sweet deal, you could cut a deal for free natural gas for your home and shop, with a small royalty too boot, then install a natural gas electric generator and go off the grid. Natural gas refrigerator, range, freezer, dryer and water heater. Man you would have it made.

I knew somebody that had a natural gas well on their property, but they drilled it themselves, and kept it for themselves.
