There is a lady at my office with a green triangle bumper sticker on her car.  I have no idea what it means.  I have done a quick look on the web, and all I could find is that the Nazi's used that (like a yellow star on Jews) on drug offenders and other criminals.  I can't believe that this is the context that she uses it in.

What gives?  Her defining traits are that she is into horses, and is well off.  I was trying to connect it with horses and riding, but found nothing.  Perhaps it's a local club of some sort.

Queers use a triangle pointed down.  But it is usually rainbow colored.  Does that fit her description?

If I told you what the green triangle means, They would devour our brains.

I'm aware of the pink triangle thing.  I don't think she's gay.  If she is, that would be a shame, because she's gorgeous.  She's also dragged boyfriends along to company functions.

I bet it's a local horse/country club thing at this point.  I just didn't know if there was a national org with this symbol.

Actually, from the little I have been able to find, it appears to be a drug users/drug war thing.

Maybe it's a subdivision/apartment complex "resident" sticker.

If gorgeous as you say, why not just ask her in a curiuos inquiring kind of way but not in a stalker type way.

Alond the same line, I've seen a bumper sticker that I would like to see what it means:

blue square with two yellow bars (looks like an equal sign) on it.

Anyone?

That's about as stupid as having a bumper sticker stating: "I never drive on less than a six-pack"

I see those quite a bit in Oak Lawn in Dallas.  I also see alot of rainbow stickers in the same area. I think it signifies gay equality or something.

New AR-15 mission:  Adopt a simple geometric shape and a color.  Put two said things together, and it symbolizes our discontent with the anti-gun laws.
How about:

Black square on red background

Black for black rifle
Red for the blood of the defenseless victims
(on the politicians hands)
Square for the four evils:
Feinstein
Schumer
Hillary
Reno

Better yet, we better make it a shape with alot more sides!

Remember, it's for the children.

During Nazi rule those thought to be a threat to the
Fatherland were taken  prisoner and placed in con-
centration camps. These prisoners were from many
different social and cultural backgrounds.  To
distinguish between the prisoners, the Nazis
used a system of color coded cloth badges.
Jews were given yellow stars;  half-Jews
               were given yellow triangles; feminists
                were given black triangles;  Gypsies
were  given  brown;  and  gay men,
                  pink.   The  green  triangle was
                   given to `common criminals' or
                    those who had been convicted
                     of minor crimes, including
                      drug law violators.   At
                       the time of Nazi rule,
                        a very stringent set
                         of anti-drug  laws
                          was in effect --
                           laws that were
                            very similar
                             to   those
                              used now
                               in the
                                U.S.

I've been wondering about this one too.  There are quite a few in Houston, but there doesn't seem to be a correlation to the pink / rainbow triangle crowd.  There is an MEP Engineering firm here in town who's logo is almost identical to that sticker.

IIRC, when I was at the University of Colorado, Boulder there were printouts of green triangles posted on many doors around campus. The triangles were supposed to represent tolerance and diversity or some similar PC Bullshit...

I think it has to do with EQUAL opportunity. The two line are an "equals" sign =
E.E.O.C/ Type crap- afimative action. I think Houston has a couple of black people.

I think it is another one of the bonesmugglers attempts to stay low on the radar screen but still be able to identify each other.  We all know what the rainbow flag means now.  They need a new symbol to identify each other without broadcasting to the world "I am a peter puffer!"
