I quit about 5 years ago. I used the patches. I was surprised how easy it was. I'll bet it would be real easy to start again, too [;)]

And I'd bet if you wanted to save some money, you could just stick the cigarettes up your butt and get about the same effect...
Probably have to unwrap them first, though! |
