The next time you hear of a police officer being killed "in the line of duty," take a moment to consider the very real possibility that maybe in that case, the "law enforcer" was the bad guy and the "cop killer" was the good guy.

Yea, that is going to turn out well for the OWS group.

There are circumstances where's it's OK to use lethal force against a cop.

In every single circumstance, it is when a person who happens to be a LEO is not acting like one.

What's the context on this? Is it in relation the OWS?  All I see is a pdf speculating about self defense against law enforcement - a not unfamiliar topic here.

Departments tend to not cover illegal activities requiring lethal force to stop as work related.

When is it wrong for an Individual to beat an OWSer to save a cop?

This propaganda is not coming from the bottom folks.  It is well placed.  Same shut got the ME stirred up.

When they are unlawfully breaking into my house to cause me, my family or my property harm?

My uncle in law shot a cop, said officer pulled him over and began firing! He then returned fire, and hit the cop in the neck with his 357, killing him. later on it was revealed the cop had mental issues and no charges were filled against him, this was in the 70's I think.

You'll still go to to jail for shooting one when they accidentally raid your house instead of your neighbors grow room.

I disagree. A cop can still be acting like a cop when it becomes policy for the police to enforce the government's tyrannical will against the people. Fire away.

New Orleans after Katrina comes to mind.

I am not touching this with my ten foot pole, all I am going to say is that people committing violent felonies should be met with lethal force as the law already allows.

They badly needs a "Kent State" moment to legitimize and give the Occupy movement traction with the general public. What I'm worried about is a false-flag op by these OWS idiots to jump-start this; again the 'real' purpose of this is a hell of a lot more sinister than protesting the 1%.

The best thing mayors could do is run these idiots off anywhere they try to assemble *if* the second the Police/EMS/etc get push-back. Again, there is a fine line between freedom to assemble, peaceful protest and rioting or forcing confrontation.

Dan, where do you think that the propaganda is coming from?  I have my suspicions but it would be nice to see what other people think.

I would take my chances in a SD court room on that one...
