Situation report:
We have sent emails,and as far as I can see, other than answering with a weak "thanks for your concern.Mind your own business kind of response............ we have not made a dent.
I have sent a second and stronger email to these people.
If no answer is received,we should flood their 1-800 telephone lines.
Send them an email AGAIN!
Here is mine:

Dear Miss Valencia:
Eight days have passed since I emailed you with my concerns about an incident in which one of your customers(Cavalry Arms from Mesa,Arizona)was abandoned by your company.
To this date,I have received no satisfactory explanation as to why CruiseAmerica acted the way it did,and breached their contract while the customers' motor home was broken down in the middle of Oklahoma!
Your "generic" response thanking me for my concerns is NOT ACCEPTABLE!
If this is representative of your customers relations policy,I will make sure not to ever do business with your company AGAIN!
I shall also spread the word among my family,relatives,colleagues and patients of your company's dismal service and of the lack of action when complaints are lodged.
Your company has not only discriminated against the above mentioned customer,but as their representative, YOU have disrespected potential customers by IGNORING my concerns.
