I got this by e-mail,I thought some of you might get a kick out of it.

Its own axis.  All planets in this solar system orbit the sun in the same direction.

On Venus, any mechanical clock would probably melt.  Average surface temperature is about 860°F.  Plus, a Venutian "day" is 5832.5 hours.  That'd take a [i]really big[/i] clockface.

There has to be some kind of stipulation on the above statement.  I was just able to fold a common piece of printer paper in half 8 times.  I'm sure I could fold an unrolled roll of toilet paper in half more then 7 times as well.

Anyone here seen Jackie Chan's "Who Am I?"?  In that movie, Jackie Chan uses a coconut for an IV on someone with a snakebite.

Another intresting fact:  I heard somewhere that an average adult loses about 40 pounds of skin per year.  Pretty much all of that, of course, goes into the air.
