Accident Damages State Vehicle In Downtown Pittsburgh


PITTSBURGH –– A woman who works for the state police Liquor Control Enforcement office was arrested Thursday night after police said she was drunk behind the wheel of a state vehicle.

Channel 4 Action News' Amber Nicotra reported the crash happened just as the Pitt football game was letting out around 11:45 p.m. near the intersection of Ninth and Penn avenues in downtown Pittsburgh.

Nicotra reported that two vehicles were involved in the crash and the woman was taken into custody after police said she tested positive for driving under the influence.

The criminal complaint identifies the suspect as Tyrribea Flood, of West Mifflin...
