I have seen people loudly accuse clerks in stores of being racist for not letting a person have goods when the customer doesn't have enough money. Yes, not giving away merchandise is racist. I see no reason that an icecream cone suit wouldn't be racist. Hell, it was being worn by a white man, that guarantees that there was racism going on, all white men are racist.
