Waverunner, is that legal in NYC, to have a citizen armed with a loaded shotgun patrolling their own neighborhood?
Or is just a "special privilege" for the Chosenites? |

You're absolutely right. I haven't really had the "pleasure" of dealing with that community. I work in patrol burough Manhattan South. Also my above comment was made in jest. Seriously, it sounds like we'll all be getting lots of OT from this! |

Marvl, No you can't carry a loaded shotgun in NYC. You must have a rifle/ shotgun permit. You must transport the gun unloaded in a case. You can only have ammo for guns on your permit. Forget a pistol permit, must give first born son. In NYC you can't, carry a knife in public view including in a leather case, carry a knife over 4" including in your pocket, own a BB gun, own a slingshot, own a imitation pistol, own a utility knife if under 18 years old. NYC has given up all means of protection except 911. MIKE

This is why we need to take lessons from them.

Why not use their UZI's or AR's ??? They can kill more ARABS if they attack. There is another thread about citizen patrols here at ar15.com. I'm all for it. But if any more terrorist attacks come it will not matter what anyone else thinks. People will be armed and looking for trouble but with the wrong motives. We actually have a former Muslim that comes to our church group now. He's an all around nice guy now Not to piss on anyone's parade, but during WWII german families in the US would tell people they were anything but German, whatever fit best. That is a fact. Ben |
