COULD SUCH A PERSON BE CONVICTED OF MURDER?

"Senator Joseph I. Lieberman and John McCain are hoping to force Congress into a debate over their measure to require background checks on all firearms sold at gun shows. One could think, this is just more of the socialist agenda these men strive for. However, on reflection their actions mean much more than just normal anti-American politics.


It is unfortunate these men are American Senators, for they're both traitors of the first degree. I have a few questions for these betrayers. Should they be able to answer them I'd no longer feel dirty or queasy when hearing their names.


1. What part of the Second Amendment don't you understand? It reads: A well-regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.


2. This is part of our basic rights as Americans. Why would you take it upon yourselves to usurp those rights?


3. This amendment was intended so we could shoot King George or any Stalin or Hitler. It was meant as a method for us to end the existence of any tyrant that tried to rise among us, or any American who worked to take those rights from us. Let me know how you see it differently. Show me the words in the Constitution or Bill of Rights you're basing your logic on?


4. Please tell me if a citizen shot one of you why it would be any different from an American soldier shooting a German or Japanese soldier during World War II? Those soldiers were also trying to take away the Second Amendment. However, not a single one of them raised his hand before the citizens of this country and swore to God he'd uphold the Constitution of this Republic. The difference between them and you is the enemy service men had honor. They had evil leadership but they fought openly against our nation. They didn't try to destroy our country by stealth.


5. If I were on a jury trying a person for assassinating one of you or your seditious associates why would I vote guilty? I would see your eliminator as having defended the Constitution and the United States of America against a treasonous mole.


6. Please tell me how any law concerning arms over-rules "shall not be infringed?"


7. Please tell me which amendment says A-1 idiots can override the Constitution?


8. Define honor.


9. Explain why anyone raising his hand and swearing to uphold and defend the Constitution has any honor and isn't a traitor when they work to destroy the Second Amendment.


I realize you and your cohorts are cowards, traitors and liars. I'm glad you live in fear. I hope your every waking moment is filled with fear. I don't doubt the old adage, "Cowards die a thousand deaths." I realize you've voted money so you enjoy special police protection while you work to destroy the Constitution. Yet, you have to tremble at the prospect one of your guards will read the Bill of Rights. And it's even worse for you than worrying your own guards will eventually turn on you and act for freedom. I'm certain this Republic has plenty of Brutus' among the population. If your armed guards don't shoot the patriot that gets you, I'll vote not guilty."
