Reminds me of that pic posted here a while back of the Israeli merkava with its tube stuck in the ground after driving off a steep embankment. Too funny.
However, I'm sure that crew is really banged up!! Whoops!!

Exactly what kind of tank is that?
Does that yellow light on the back mean it's on a training exercise?
I believe now is a good time to flip it on!

It is too unfortunate that passenger safety devices are inappropriate on a tank...

Thats what happens when you put ex stock car racers in charge of a tank.

Any chance they could rotate the turret to the rear and drive forward?

After the tank commander heals, I'd like to give him a shovel and plenty of bread and water, and say "go to it".  Oh yeah, we need bleachers for the jeering noncomms.

M1A2 Abrams.  Note that these things don't have seatbelts.  Ouchie indeed...

Edit: btw, I'm currently in the middle of M1A1 Armor Crewman training (reclassification) for the Idaho Guard and we have our driver's training on Monday.  If I do something similar my first time out, I'll be sure to post a pic here...
