Although I am still dissapointed by their actions in the whole event, you have to give them credit for bothering to come here and at least attempt to present their side and discuss it. That's more than a lot of the people that piss us off would do.

Very true.....

But they are [b]NEVER[/b] going to get out of the hole they dug between themselves and gun-owners by the way they treated a customer who was upfront from the start....
