KOB Eyewitness News 4 has obtained surveillance pictures of a State Police officer having sex with a woman on the hood of a car in broad daylight.

Two weeks ago KOB reported a story about an officer caught on camera having sex while in full uniform, an act shown on security camera at the Santa Fe Canyon Ranch.

State Police will not comment about the pictures or any internal investigation against the officer, saying it is an ongoing personnel matter.

New Mexico Law

30-9-14. Indecent exposure.

A. Indecent exposure consists of a person knowingly and intentionally exposing his primary genital area to public view.

B. As used in this section, "primary genital area" means the mons pubis, penis, testicles, mons veneris, vulva or vagina.

C. Whoever commits indecent exposure is guilty of a misdemeanor.

D. In addition to any punishment provided pursuant to the provisions of this section, the court shall order a person convicted for committing indecent exposure to participate in and complete a program of professional counseling at his own expense.

I wouldn't fire the Officer, I WOULD fire every single higher official in his COC and branch. I'd tell their replacements if officer dick has one f––k up, they are fired along with him.

There isn't a company out there that wouldn't fire an employee IN UNIFORM caught f––king in public.
