I prefer good old just slab cut fried sweet potatoes with a generous helping of butter right out of the pan.

Cover liberally with salt, pepper, paprika. Broil until desired burnage. Flip, reseason, broil.  |

Frankly, I've grown tired of regular potatoes (going to have to turn my "Irish Heritage Card" in,) and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the chipolte sweet potato fries.

Those are good, never tried them until my wife had gestational diabetes, now we rarely buy regular fries anymore. BTW for those who didn't know, and I didn't until recently, Chick Fil A has them if you ask.

Hells yes, when I was at MS State we used to shop at the cheese store ,State being an ag school they had milk ,eggs, etc. They are famous for their cheese, but my favorite was the sweet potato ice cream, damn I miss college
