I have no idea how to combine two separate photos into one, and add text...and have no idea how to do it.
I'd like to combine several of the Gov. Perry shooting AR's with LaRue versus Obungo riding his bike with helmet and "mom pants" (or any other fag photos) with the text/caption that reads something like, "Would you rather have 4 years of this OR this?" type thing...

No problemo. Seriously though, you could put that together in Paint. You could also get GIMP, which is free, if you want to learn to photoshop stuff on the cheap. |
