Alright hive, looking for a quick answer.  What type of equipment do I need to purchase to cut down corrugated cardboard rolls into smaller (all same size) rectangles?  I guess I'm looking for a "table saw" of sorts that would cut the stock.  It doesn't have to be full automatic or anything, I just need to cut about 1000 boards per month.  I'm just having trouble on google finding the right type of machine.

~ 12" x 16"

I would think it would be much more efficient to cut the cardboard to size as individual thicknesses, aka purchase it in the width you need from ULine. A clean cut would require a ton of energy compared to a single sheet.

Also, I need a 48 ETC cardboard.  Can this come on a roll and then be cut into the ~12" x 16" dimensions and then lie flat?

Yes, I want to buy the width, and then just make one cut to yield the boards.

Shear.

ETA - it may be cheaper to buy it already precut for that kind of volume.

Just call up a corrugated converter in your area, spec the product and price it, then call up 2 more and find the best price.
