Who would you reccomend for me to purchase a low priced, high quality colleg ring?  I have lloked at art-carved and balfour, but I would like some other options as well.  Thanks.

I'll second Jostens. I've worn mine almost daily since 1978 and it still looks good. They will repair and resize it for free if it ever needs it. Good quality diamonds and gold. I'm very happy with mine.
