Dealers like this crack me up. The little guy (ie buyer) gets screwed when he buys a bolt for it and then gets caught somewhere. The dealer is also risking a heavy penalty. All for $$.

I can't stand dealers who try and deceive and thrive off screwing the general unsuspecting public.

Reminds me of an UZI Model B carbine semi.  He'd sell it to anyone, but the sawed off 10" barrel couldn't be sold with the gun.

That seller had a short memory.  Some guy bought it sans 10" barrel.  He took the gun to his car, came back, and then bought the barrel.
