In the movies defence, The was Filming was complete before the 9/11 tragedy.
as for this quote from the article: "When Affleck keeps getting work, the terrorists have won." [:d] gotta admit,< am Im ready for the flames > before the attackes I was kinda tired of Arab terrorists in movies. [thinking] You all know the lion in the MGM logo? I vote we retire him and replace him with a dead Arab terrorist for every new moive.. and those that object can make "Special Guest Apperances" in the sequals... |

Great article title-I think the Roger Ebert quote is a good point. American action movies are big $ around the world, much of the world is arab/muslim therefore arab villians cost $

I saw the movie and liked it.
The nuke blast is impressive & the actor who plays John Clark in this one is much much better in the role than William Dafoe was. |
