As as result of the staff not being present at this time and according to the rules pertaining to the chain of command, I am now assuming control.

Here are a couple new ground rules:

Womenz will no longer be allowed to be mean to me.
Feds are required to pay $500 for membership.

There will be more to come. That is all for now.
