Attn fellow AR15.comers. A local firearms mfgr who for the time being shall
remain nameless is in some trouble in the middle of a divorce.

Things have now gotten ugly and the wife (soon to be ex) has filed an order
of protection against him. This means he is not allowed to own firearms,
let alone operate his firearm related business.

Anywho, if any of you know a lawyer in the PHX Area, let me know
immediately. Money is tight for our friend, so a lawyer into guns who would
be willing to trade his services in exchange for firearms/firearms realted
goods services would be preferable.

We need a lawyer well versed in AZ family law as it seems to differ greatly
from other surrounding states.

Please, if you know of anyone who might be of service, let me know
immediately, time is of the essence. email me at [email protected] if
you can be of any assistance. If you help me find a lawyer who can work
with our friend, I WILL make it worth your while.

PLEASE contact me at [email protected]

Thanks in advance to everyone who helps with this, spread the word, see what
you can come up with, dont hesitate to hand out my email to someone
who you think can help us.

As for any AR15.com members who know or think they know what this is about, please keep it to yourself for the time being.

Thanks again

John

She is doing this to hurt him not because she feels she needs protection.  I would suggest the word gets to her and her lawyer that because of this he is not able to deal in and sell off some of thier marital assets to raise cash half of which is hers, and that she is only hurting herself in the amount of marital asset she will receive because he can not deal thier assets out and get her the cash settlement she wants.

Sometimes loosing half you stuff is a really good investment in the future and well worth the expense.

Yeah, you might want to consider changing that tag line, especially if you think she's *really* dumb...
