This might be stupid, but no more so than some of the idiotic topics I read on here every day. It's just a personal observation.

Getting that first buzz cut of the summer feels so awesome. No more sweaty hat hair. It's kind of like one of those goofy feminine napkin commercials.

That's all. Now wasn't that a total waste of 20 seconds of your life?

Actually, last week I took my razor and shaved off my usual high and tight flattop. I know exactly what you are talking about. [:D]

I stopped shaving my head in January for the first time in 9 years.

My wig is getting big. [@:D]

It's not quite all there anymore and it's got some grey but I'm enjoying having hair again all the same. I scared children and adults with the shaved head, I wanted to see how they would react to a long haired freak versus a bald headed one.

This will be the first time in quite a few years that I will go through the Summer with hair. I'll get back to you if it lasts.

Last Summer I walked into this crotchety old mans barber shop after not seeing shears for over two and a half years.

I said... crew cut, and he had to verify that I wasn't joking three times.

My head felt light and prone to sunburn that day.. [smiley]

Another year, and I might get me another haircut.

I've been planning on getting my hair buzzed off

I've been waiting till summer vacation so incase I think it looks stupid none of my friends will get to make fun of me [:D]

If you get your hair cut regularly, like myself, invest in some clippers and do your own. The clippers will pay for themselves in a few months - more money for ammo, ect...

Have no idea what it feels like to go two weeks without a haircut...

tried it once.. I felt "heavy".. didnt like it..

Getting my crew cut lightened up a bit tommorrow. Man is it gonna feel good! Its been a month and it is shaggy as hell. I look like a damn hippy and I won't leave my house without a hat.

I shave it close once a week(no guard on the shears) So I guess it's a summertime haircut for me 52 times a year.

Gave my son the "summer do" yesterday. Used the smallest guard on the clippers for that "wish I had a watermelon" or "time off for good behavior" look.

Geez!

And I thought I got mine cut short when I recently had it cut back to about 5". I used to have it really long - once even got mistaken for Chris Cornell back in the day when he had long hair.
