I agree. She was pretty damn hot in this movie. I sure am glad they didn't dress her up like the last movie with that stupid clown makeup and goofy hair. How'd you like those nipples in that white getup she was wearing?[:P] She is anti gun though like djk says. Maybe she'll come around one of these days.

She's only "hot" because Hollywood made her look good in a very popular movie, where she was basically the only decent-looking female.
Its amazing what effects, outfits, and makeup can do to make someone look good. Take Scully on X-files for example. Her "look" grew on people... (and as the years progressed, they made her look a lot better...) |

You should try and find the European release. I think the title is "Leon the Professional." North Shore and Harvard, it's safe to conclude that she doesn't live in the same world we do.
She's ok looking, I wouldn't say hot. I've stumbled into hotter looking women walking home late at night. (including once a friend who was walking with me remarked, that guy with her right there better be a millionaire stockbroker, or I'm going over there and beating the crap pout of him right now). You'll be amazed what a little makeup and a nice black dress with low V cut and spaghetti straps in addition to some accessories will do to a woman's hotness factor. |

I disagree with that about Portman though, she's got a singular beauty in my opinion. She's not really "hot" per say, just something about her. She was pretty damn breath-taking on her recent letterman appearance I thought...
She's smart, I bet with a decent exposure to what gun ownership is really about and how much fun it is (ie get her away from the liberal hippies for an hour) and she'd come around... |

In this movie this 13 year old actress does almost everything but get naked and start going at it. I was positively uncomfortable throughout this movie given her age and the sexually charged part that she played. Oddly enough a female friend of mine brought up a point that the people that made the movie probably wanted me to feel uncomfortable so I could identify with Leon the hitman. I don't know what to think, but I do know that the cinematography was good and the movie had decent actors/actresses. The pics he posted are easy to find because there are sites devoted to Natalie Portman all over the net. In my book, she is hot. I would love to do some conversion work myself, but God knows that will never happen. I better focus my energies on the nice girl working the cash register at wally-world and forget about the Natalie Portmans of this world. I do agree with those that say that almost any girl can be drop dead gorgeous with the right combination of elements to compliment her features. I've seen girls that look SUPER HOT from 25 yards away turn butt-ugly when you get close enough to see through the makeup. This pisses me off because I hate being deceived even when it is in a socially acceptable way such as makeup. It's not too darned acceptable to me. Light to no makeup is what I like. If you aren't Cindy Crawford, get over it and live your life without ten pounds of revlon super spackle slapped on your face. The only kind of makeup that looks good on a girl at all is camo facepaint. YUMMY! |

It's really not that rare, I live in New York City, I see at least a couple of nice looking young women on the subway everyday.
