How hard is it to set up a live web link betweem two webcams?  I know absolutely nothing about this topic, and would like to know how difficult this would be.

Very Easy using Windows Messanger or Yahoo Messanger. Just hook the cameras up so they work. Both people sign in and press the button to enable the cameras.

ICQ... yes
MS NetMeeting... yes, with sound
