Yup....got somewhere around a 1/4-1/2inch growth depending. So I guess it works. The darn thing get me jittery like drinking coffee all day though. I finished up a bottle and stopped. That was about 2 months ago.

I'm not sure, but I would think that a variation of 1/4-1/2 inch would be normal depending on various factors, including, er-enthusiasm.
